Last Updated: 11 March 2020
The EDUCATE Ventures Plus+ Programme (“Plus” or “Programme”) is a programme that allows research, business and academic institutions to apply to become an EDUCATE Plus Partner. This classification recognises organisations who exemplify EDUCATE’s commitment to creating EdTech solutions which are evidence-informed, by facilitating collaborations between EdTech entrepreneurs and researchers. Organisations who are given a Plus classification are provided with <insert details here> as a recognised EDUCATE Plus partner.
These Terms and Conditions supplement the EDUCATE Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other generally applicable terms and policies that apply to participation in the EDUCATE Programme and use of the EDUCATE Digital platform (“Platform”). Any capitalised terms used in these Terms and Conditions and not defined have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.
EDUCATE Ventures LLP reserves the right to terminate or modify the EDUCATE Plus programme at any time for any reason.

Eligible Applicants will receive this information as part of the management of their Plus membership.
2. Application and Fee
If the Applicant meets the eligibility criteria, the Applicant may apply to have their organisation admitted into Plus. The application process includes: (1) completing a home checklist; (2) scheduling and completing a remote visual assessment; (3) completing a home visit with a third-party inspector, including potentially a photography session; and (4) reviewing the home visit report and making any changes necessary to meet the Programme’s qualifications. There may be follow-up home visits to confirm that the Listing continues to meet the Programme’s qualifications.
There is a fee (“application fee”) to apply to EDUCATE Plus. Learn more about the application fee. EDUCATE will charge the application fee once the Host schedules a home visit with the third-party inspector. EDUCATE may collect the application fee by deducting that amount from the Partner’s future earnings , or by requiring payment from the Partner Organisation directly. The non-refundable application fee is intended to offset the administration costs related to the application process. Payment of the application fee does not guarantee admission into Plus or continued participation in the Programme. EDUCATE reserves the right to change the fee amount at any time, or change the application process in any way.
3. Qualifications
To qualify for Plus, the Applicant must satisfy certain criteria. The Applicant must: (1) complete a home checklist; (2) schedule and complete a remote visual assessment; (3) make any changes identified in the remote visual assessment to meet the Programme’s qualifications; (4) complete a home visit with a third-party inspector, including potentially a professional photography session; and (5) make any changes identified in the home visit report necessary to meet the Programme’s qualifications. Read the full list of qualification requirements.
EDUCATE reserves the right to change the qualification criteria, and whether a Partner satisfies the qualification criteria is entirely at EDUCATE’s sole and final discretion.
EDUCATE does not guarantee or control the safety, legality, quality, suitability or conduct of a Plus Partner. If your organisation gains admission into Plus, this means that your Application has demonstrated that you meet the eligibility standards for the Plus programme, and have satisfied certain qualifying criteria at a given point of time. It does not mean that EDUCATE endorses or approves your organisation. You remain entirely responsible for complying with applicable Laws and for all your other obligations under our Terms of Service.
4. Admission and Benefits
If your organisation qualifies for the Plus programme, a Plus classification indicating your status will automatically be added to our Plus Partner Listing on the EDUCATE website, and will remain for as long as you continue to qualify. Admission into Plus brings significant benefits, including but not limited to: (1) categorised placement in search results; (2) interior design advice, editorial suggestions, and professional photography to help you give your Listing a new look; and (3) priority EDUCATE support. EDUCATE reserves the right to add, modify, reduce, or discontinue the classification or benefits associated with Plus at any time.
5. Requirement to List Exclusively

If your listing is removed from the Programme, either by EDUCATE or because you have opted out of the Programme, such listing shall no longer present as a Plus listing, and the listing description will no longer be visible on the EDUCATE website.
