Sample some of the course content below:
STEP 0: Module 1 (of 5) - Generative AI in its time and place
This is the first time that freely available scaled AI is available for everyone with an Internet connection. This module is from the Generative AI Online Course, included with the AI Readiness Online Course.
STEP 1: Module 1 (of 8) - Ask Questions
A good place to start is to think about the AI you use in your work and play already
STEP 2: Module 1 (of 8) - Consider Your Challenges
A good place to start is to think about the challenges you face currently in your organisation. Included are some examples
STEP 3: Module 1 (of 8) - What is data?
Use some of the existing data in your organisation to double-check you’ve picked an appropriate challenge with which AI might help
STEP 4: Module 1 (of 7) - How to Get Started with Data Collection
Don’t just consider the data you’ve collected yourself, there are sources of data that you can access that are publicly available
STEP 5: Module 1 (of 7) - Approaches to Applied AI, Part 1
Help contextualise the process of applying AI by likening it to the process of cooking. Cooking methods, ingredients, and washing and chopping all map on to the steps needed to prepare data for AI
STEP 6: Module 1 (of 5) - What to do with the Findings from AI Applied to Data
Having found patterns in the data from an unsupervised machine learning algorithm, the next step is to ask how these patterns relate to the other data we have access to
STEP 7: Module 1 (of 3) - Apply What You Have Learned
The AI Readiness Framework’s 7th step is to iterate on the practices, processes, knowledge and findings that have come before, with the chance that you might improve on them all

What is AI Readiness?
AI Readiness is when you and your organisation are ready to leverage the transformational power of AI in your educational setting. There are 7 steps to get you to that point (and we've just added an 8th on Generative AI!), and you can learn more about the framework in a series of webinars we've produced for educators and for educational businesses.
Can I take the course even if I don't know anything about AI?
The course is an introduction to AI and data and can be taken even if that is not your background. It doesn't get very technical, and you won't need to be working with AI or data currently in order to understand how they and the course could help you in the future.
